Salmon with Pesto Glaze (Print this Recipe)
Easy to make and delicious tasting!
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 6 minutes
* 4 6-ounce salmon steaks
* 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Family Size Pesto Sauce, divided
* 1 lime, juiced
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to broil. Line a broiling pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
Thinly spread one side of salmon with one-third of the pesto. Squeeze lime juice over salmon and lightly season with pepper to taste.
Lay salmon on broiler pan pesto-side down. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from oven. Spread remaining pesto generously on salmon and serve immediately.
