Macaroni and Cheese Goulash (Print this Recipe)
After a hard day at work settle down with a hot bowl of goulash and you will see why they call it comfort food. Serve with warm cornbread and your favorite steamed vegetables. For dessert treat yourself to your favorite variety of Nestlé Treasures.
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 15 minutes
* 1 package (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S frozen Macaroni and Cheese, defrosted*
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
* 1/2 cup smoke flavor barbecue sauce
Cook beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper until beef is no longer pink. Add macaroni and cheese, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Cook over low heat until heated through.
*DEFROST on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes.
